Mairs Livestock Co. L.P. was founded in 2019 by Danny and Gwen Mairs after moving from California to Ironton, Missouri with our son Matthew. Our mission is to raise high-performance beef cattle that thrive in the Fescue Belt—tolerant of heat, humidity, and fescue toxicity—without sacrificing feed efficiency, growth, or carcass quality.
